Sobel Law Offices, P.C.  (Sobel Law) is a law firm dedicated to providing full legal services to businesses of any type and size.  Whether you are a one person business just starting out or a large company that has been in business for years, our attorneys will provide a large firm product at a smaller firm price.  When you hire Sobel Law you know you are dealing with a partner in the firm, not a myriad of inexperienced associates who are learning at your expense.

Both partners stay abreast of the progress on all files in the office; that way, if the primary partner on your file is unavailable, you will be able to speak to someone who can give you an informed update.  Additionally, our attorneys are well versed in both transactional matters and litigation.  If litigation does arise, a firm, and attorneys, that you have grown to know and trust will continue to represent your best interests instead of the need to find a new firm.  If your company has a need for representation in an area of law where we are not experts, we will research competent attorneys that do practice in that area and act as your liaison.

At Sobel Law we continue to educate ourselves in order to better serve our clients.  We have recently become members of the US Green Building Council national and Long Island chapters.  Additionally, we have taken classes to educate ourselves on LEED certification in order to better serve our clients who are in the green building industry.

Sobel Law offers traditional fee arrangements wherein the client retains the firm on a matter by matter basis and we offer our General Counsel Plan (GCP).  The GCP consists of a monthly retainer paid to the firm in return for a set number of hours per month of legal services.  The benefits of the GCP include a reduced per hour fee, the knowledge that your legal needs will be handled with the same speed and efficiency as if you maintained an in-house legal department, but without the overhead, and, in cases where required by the client, an on-site attorney for a set number of hours for the month.

Sobel Law Offices, P.C. is a general law firm that concentrates on advising and assisting businesses in all their legal needs. We strive to be an outside "General Counsel" for our business clients providing all services a traditional General Counsel would provide with a great deal less overhead. We take great pride in providing "big firm" product with exemplary customer service, but without the price.
